I choose to become a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner to be able to care for women at all stage of their life. Prenatal care is vital but so is contraception, hormone replacement, and treating various infections. I’m lucky to see such a range of patients.
I’m most proud of creating a welcoming environment for my patients.
The most important part of my job is making women feel comfortable when they walk into the exam room. They should never be afraid to ask any type of question about their body.
